Privacy Policy

Larkspur & Lamb is a small print-on-demand brand operated by Mothersteader LLC in Montana, USA. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Larkspur & Lamb (a trade name of Mothersteader LLC) sells apparel, stickers, prints, cards, and related goods through our Etsy shop and, in the future, through other storefronts. Contact: hello@larkspurandlamb.com.

Information we collect

Orders. When you buy from us on Etsy or another marketplace, that marketplace collects your name, shipping address, email, and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the name, shipping address, and order details needed to fulfill and support your order. We never see your full payment card number.

Fulfillment. We share your name, shipping address, and order contents with our production partner (Printify, Inc. and the print provider it assigns) so your item can be printed and shipped. They use it only to fulfill your order.

Messages. If you contact us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

This website. larkspurandlamb.com does not set tracking cookies, run advertising pixels, or collect analytics about you. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security.

Pinterest and social accounts

We publish pins, posts, and product images to Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using our own business accounts. We may use Pinterest's developer tools to publish our own pins and read our own account analytics. We do not collect, store, or process personal information about Pinterest users or anyone who views, saves, or clicks our content. Any data Pinterest shows us about our pins is aggregated and used only to decide what to make next.

How we use information

To fulfill and ship orders, answer questions, handle reprints or problems, meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements, and understand which products people like. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: the marketplace you bought on (such as Etsy), our production partner (Printify and its print providers), shipping carriers, and the tools we use to keep records. Each is bound by its own privacy policy. We share information with law enforcement only when legally required.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally seven years in the United States). Customer messages are kept for two years and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing hello@larkspurandlamb.com. We will respond within 30 days. Marketplace account data is controlled by that marketplace; use its settings or contact it directly.

Children

Our shop is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
